Review consensus
Star Wars: Galactic Racer is a fast, polished racing roguelite that succeeds through excellent handling, intense speed, destructive crashes, strong course design, and an inventive risk-reward campaign. Its presentation and Star Wars atmosphere are consistently praised, while buildcrafting and replayability add depth. However, track readability and visibility can undermine races, and autopilot, balance, repetition, and occasionally overlong runs cause frustration. A small planet roster, limited vehicle and cosmetic variety, fewer event types, a dull story, and no local multiplayer keep it from reaching its full potential.
