Review consensus
Reviews describe Marvel's Wolverine as a polished, cinematic, and convincingly brutal adaptation that captures Logan through forceful combat, regeneration, rage, strong performances, and a darker tone. Its focused linear structure supports pacing and immersion, while visuals, audio, animation, and technical presentation are frequently praised. However, the adventure is often considered short, conventional, and predictable, with combat and enemy encounters becoming repetitive. Limited exploration, shallow stealth, sparse or banal side content, weak boss fights, occasional bugs, and uneven level design also keep it below the studio's strongest work.
